El Viceministerio de Medio Ambiente, Biodiversidad y Cambios Climáticos, el Programa Nacional de Cambios Climáticos (PNCC) y la organización líder de la Iniciativa Acceso en Bolivia, la Asociación Prodefensa de la Naturaleza (PRODENA), organizaron el Seminario: Bosques y Cambios Climáticos, con el fin de socializar la información sobre la Reducción de Emisiones de Deforestación y Degradación de Bosques (REDD) que se discute en el marco de las negociaciones internacionales sobre Cambio Climático para la reunión de Copenhague de fin de año.
