Voluntary policy instruments
Dec 11, 2009
This blog is created in response to an initiative taken during the 3rd TAI Asia Regional Meeting (29-30 Oct 2009) in Bangkok, Thailand to have an online platform for, but not limited to, Asia partners to share information and discuss about assessment, advocacy and various tools used in our network to popularize TAI in the region.
Attached is a list of voluntary policy and informative instruments used in the Asia region summarized from our previous TAI Asia regional meetings and related forums. Let’s throw some ideas as to what practices you have found most useful in your country and could be useful for others to learn from!

Hi Suphasuk, Can you tell us from whom do you expect input. I have seen the matrix you posted. Do you suppose to have it filled in by TAI partners, or just Asia partners? Please let me know so that we in Europe may learn more about your initiatives. dr. Csaba Kiss Director EMLA

Hi Dr. Kiss. For the matrix, I posted it just to support group discussion, so, it is optional or voluntary basis for any partners to utilize it for any other purpose. Earlier, I expected to use it as a material for discussion at Regional Dialouge for TAI Asia Strategies (proposed for DGF2010). Right now, we are looking for other funds. Suphasuk TEI
