Event Registration Information:
Registration will be between 8.00-9.00 a.m. on April 25 at Cattleya 2 Room, 3rd Floor. Function rooms for parallel meetings will be notified later and addressed in the Agenda.
FOR FUNDED PARTICIPANTS
Reimbursement
All participants are responsible for buying their own air tickets in the first place. Please also note that we will not be disbursing cash for reimbursement of airline tickets directly to participants, but will wire a single reimbursement to your account after you have submitted the following documents a t the meeting venue to Ms. Vanittha Kraikoom or Ms. Natthanij Soonsawad:
- Bank account information i.e. a copy of bank account, name and address of the bank, swift code
- Receipts of the air ticket, VISA fee, and airport tax
- A copy of your passport
The time for submitting documents for reimbursement is during coffee breaks, lunch time (15 minutes before afternoon sessions) and after the meeting is ended each day (April 25, 26, and 27). You will see a sign 'reimbursement documents' next to the registration desk.
If the process is completed along with all required documents, the reimbursement to travel costs will be wired to your bank account within two weeks after the meeting.
Per Diem
Per Diem of $ 20 per day (approx. 800 Baht) will be paid to you in cash at the time of registration which will cover the cost of three dinners.
Funded participants will be provided hotel accommodation for 4 nights (nights of April 24-27) including buffet breakfast. Your room is located in Tower Wing whereas the meeting room is in the Main Wing (The meeting rooms will be noted in the agenda.)
FOR SELF-FUNDING PARTICIPANTS OR FUNDED BY OTHER SOURCES :
We will reserve the room for you so please send your travel itinerary to us as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for travel expenses and the costs of your stay in the hotel. (Tower Wing) The room rate of approximately $50 is inclusive of buffet breakfast.
A meal cost of the whole meeting (three lunches, six coffee breaks, and a reception dinner on April 26 ) is $64. For those who partially attend the meeting will be charged according to a meal request (Please specify in the pre-registration form attached herewith.) Please note that we will not charge for meeting materials and registration fee.

Travel/entry Formalities:
For information regarding obtaining a visa to visit Thailand , please consult the Royal Thai Embassy or Consular mission in your country by presenting the formal invitation letter. For some ASEAN member countries and many other nationalities, there is no entry visa required

For those who do not have Thai Embassy or Consulate in their country, please contact the nearest Embassy. This can be checked at http://www.mfa.go.th/web/1649.php . Participants requiring a visa for entry to Thailand are advised that they confirm their travel arrangements as soon as possible since airline return tickets may be required in order to obtain a visa.

The hotel is located near a BTS sky train station (Nana Station), and near business and shopping area of Bangkok .
Please plan to arrive the hotel on April 24 and leave on April 28 for funded participants. All other incidentals (costs for accompanying persons, overseas telephone calls, telegrams and faxes, room service, laundry and mini-bar charges, etc.) will be borne by the participants . Please note while every effort is made to request an early check-in time/ or late check-out for you, we will not be able to guarantee that this service will be available.

( DON MUANG Airport ):
From Bangkok International Airport , you may travel by airport buses (Route A-3) or taxi to the hotel. For a complete list of transportation options, please see:

Please be aware that it can take as much as 1 :30 hour to travel to-from the airport. The fastest way is to take a taxi and ask driver to get on a toll way (20 Baht) and then the expressway (40 Baht).
